hi everyone…!
i was once an f&b staff in old town kopitiam bandar puchong and bandar puteri… some people here complains for the foods and services rendered to them and some had positive comments about the cafe…but in my own opinion… most of the branches in this cafe’s have different owners so do not expect that the services rendered to you will be the same as well…for old town kopitiam bandar puchong and bandar puteri the management there are excellent because they treat their staffs very well..in exchange to that their staffs do the same thing to their customers..but sometimes we cannot really avoid fussy customers… but then again good thing their staffs were brought up to have a good characters…those people who went to these old town outlets…you are one of the few lucky ones GOd bless you..

nama saya Yokie , 20 Feb 2011 around 8.30 malam saya makan di ” Old Town Bandar Sungai Long ” , SERVICE tidak baik dan lambat , masa tu hanya 3 meja , 2 sudah makan , lelaki Chinese yang cermin mata uniform merah di CASHIER kerja macam MIMPI ! suruh dia tak peduli , perempuan Malay kurus pun sama juga mimpi dan sangat lambat , hanya 3 meja SERVICE pun tidak baik dan MIMPI , adakah perniagaan akan jadi baik seterusnya !!!!!!

its sad, the service is pretty bad when i visited it last time.
hey guys don’t be fool with the menu because its not what is said.
like fresh fruits its not fresh but simply from a packed.
